A mockumentary short film about white feminism and performative activism
Written, Directed, and Produced by Zoë McCreary

The Story

Simone Walker is a college junior at the predominantly-white Hoffman University. She identifies herself as a feminist, an activist, and an all-around changemaker who fights for those without a voice. More than anything, Simone wants to intern for her icon, activist and social media influencer Cassandra Morgan. Leading up to Cassandra’s on-campus speaker event, Simone will do whatever she can to get Cassandra’s attention, even if it means pushing her best friend Nari under the bus.
